Your fiance is the one who wants this and is testing you to see how much you will give into her childish whims over the course of the marriage, however long it may last.

Best plan is to put a stop to it before the wedding. You could even try selling it as using the money you would waste on a helicopter ride for an even more kick ass honeymoon.

Your future father in law will respect you more for being able to tell his little girl "No" because he sure can't.

For the OP, my younger son has a friend whose family owns a helicopter. He and his date took it to prom. All of the kids made fun of them for trying too hard. Since you are asking over here, you don't have a connection or access to a helicopter, which means you are trying way way too hard.

1. Purchase helicopter for memorable departure of wedding ceremony.
2. Forego honeymoon costs (invested in the copter).
3. Use helicopter a second time in a few years for a strong statement and memorable departure of the marriage.
