Wait...

Are we talking about actual decades or decades of your chronological age?

Is it 1970-1979 or

10 to 20 years old

YOUR decades - decades of your chronological age.
Naw...I'll join Fireball here and I'm calling mine 1980-1989. That spans ages 15 to 25 for me, and I think everyone will agree that those are life-event years. You turn 15 pimply and driving badly, and by 25 you've graduated from schooling and likely have started career and family. Just 10 years.

That wasn't that intention of the thread (that I started) but you didn't answer the question, regardless. Which was the worst and which has brought you the most joy?

So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single decade of my life has been worse than the decade before it. So that means that every single decade that you see me, that's in the worst decade of my life.

I was born on the spectrometer so every decade has been hard. 30s probably the best so far.

I'm 68 and live in a golf retirement community. My friend group is 60's and 70's. We ride around in our golf carts, play golf, happy hour, eat well and everyone is really happy. Tomorrow we're driving up to Payson in the mountains for the weekend so 60's for sure. High hopes for my 70's.
