I don't think a gorilla would really tire out on this one.

It takes about as much force for a gorilla to rip of a human arm as it does for a human to start a lawnmower. They can lift ten times their body weight and they weigh 500 pounds.

1300 pounds of bite force is enough to bite through a human arm or leg. Every swing of its arms would be breaking bones and crushing skulls. It could grab one of the humans and swing him like a baseball bat without any effort at all..

This fight is like an in shape 220 pound human male fighting 3 year olds. Doesn't really matter how well they coordinated, the big one would just walk through them. Every swing, punch, kick, anything would kill. Not injure, every swing would be killing people.

How many people would keep fighting when they see others literally ripped in half with blood and gore spewing everywhere? Chimpanzees will occasionally rip off a humans arm, imagine what a gorilla can do.

This isn't a new debate. My best friend and talked about this tirelessly 10+ years ago.
The only way 100 men could win is if they had something to fight for. And they would have to be mentally "off." No one would want to be one of the first 25 or so. So you'd have to incentivize being one of the early attackers.
100 random, strong, fit dudes could not win.

If the humans don't fight, does the gorilla just sit there and chill? What's the motivation for the humans? I think in this scenario you have to assume it's a fight to the death. Either the gorilla kills all the humans or the humans kill the gorilla. I think you also have to consider the environment. I'm thinking an empty wood floor gymnasium would be a good setting. Nothing to climb on, nothing to hide behind, no objects to use as weapons. I'd say the humans win every time in that scenario. The gorilla may kill half of them, but he can't take down all 100.

otherwise, there's not much chance unless you can figure out a dog pile and crush it. but I don't know if 20k lbs is enough. even so, expect major causalities.

I have done my share of gorilla fighting and never needed 99 helpers to win the fight. You have to stay on your toes, dipping and ducking, bobbing and weaving, hit him first and hit him hard, right in the damn nose. They typically do not expect uppercuts and you just jab, jab, jab, hook, and uppercut the damn stinking animal. Knock a couple teeth out and they become almost childish. I'd suggest not taking on 8 or 9 of them at one time though.
