I have stopped eating breakfast for about 7 years. Just coffee, nothing solid. I don't miss it.
I am considering if I should extend fasting to Mondays so I have coffee in the morning, just water during the day and dinner at 6pm.
I am generally healthy but want to reduce some tummy fat. It isn't a problem but I want to improve regardless.
Any of you guys fast for better health? What do you experience?
