I don't know, I would hope so. If someone has something to feel proud of, then sure. You can be a white person and also be proud of yourself and who you are - those things aren't mutually exclusive.

Any collective group who has been historically oppressed by a majority or has experienced recent or questionable inequities - that's the line.

White people have been in charge since the British colony was established and created a system that made sense to us and we continue to benefit from it today. This is how it works when you have an overwhelming majority population - you put customs and infrastructure in place to serve the majority. It's not some woke nonsense, it's history and it's common. White people aren't some big bad boogieman who were out to get others. It's weird to me when people get so defensive about it. We're evolving, it's normal.
