I don't, but if I did, I would fry an egg in butter and put it on it. Fried eggs are way better than a bologna sandwich to begin with.

Cut a slit in the bologna slice to avoid cupping, pan fry until crisp, single slice of American cheese, mustard on white bread.

Surprised at the lack of mustard on this thread. Growing up my Nana would fry 3 slices with onion and top on to white bread with cheese, pickle and mustard. Basically a flat hot dog

My favorite sandwich growing up was white bread, bologna, American cheese and yellow mustard. I can't stand bologna now.

I'd never heard of BBQd bologna til I visited family in Oklahoma. I've still never tried it. I remember thinking 'Only in Okla/Mobilehoma!'

We had fried Bologna growing up on white bread with mustard. I actually liked it. I would try it again if someone I know were making it, but I wouldn't go buy a container of bologna. Maybe there's some kind of a gourmet bologna that is very good, but the old school Oscar Mayer is what we had.

Unfried, cold bologna? No freaking way.
