The best part is he says not only did nobody set foot on the moon, nobody has even landed a spacecraft on the moon.

What are his opinions on the Mars Rover?

Buzz deserves a lot of respect. For this marriage and for being the second person to walk on the Moon, kneel before him.

Fred Haise (1933- ) Apollo 13

Got to listen to a presentation he gave in 2019 to our Cub Scouts at Space Center Houston. Amazing at 86, that guy was sharp as a tack, witty and told a great story. He got a real kick out of some of the questions those kids asked.
Not bad for a guy from Mississippi & started out at Junior College!

(Bill Paxton RIP portrayed Fred in the Apollo 13 movie)

Got to sit down and speak with him (Fred Haise) last summer up here in Dallas. What an outstanding person to talk to and I'm not sure there is a more experienced pilot on the planet in terms of the number of different aircraft that he has flown. I want to say he'd flown 80+ different aircraft when I talked to him

Men who walked on the Moon who are still alive:

Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin (1930-)Apollo 11
David R. Scott (1932-)Apollo 15
Charles M. Duke (1935-)Apollo 16
Harrison H. Schmitt (1935-)Apollo 17
And those who flew on crewed missions to the Moon but did not land on its surface
Frank Borman (1928 -) Apollo 8

Bill Anders (1933 -) Apollo 8
Tom Stafford (1930 -) Apollo 10

Does space prolong life?

You get tiny amounts of a second back because of time dilation when you get further from Earth's gravity, like billionths of a second.
But this is selection bias. Healthy young men were intentionally chosen to be astronauts, it would follow they would live longer than the average.

and, he said it backwards.

He should have said 'no spacecraft has been on the moon, let alone a human stepping foot.'

I heard Stanley Kubrick was hired to fake the moon landing but he wanted it to be as realistic as possible so he insisted on filming on the moon

Even so, they should have all died of cancer by now because of all the radiation they were exposed to flying through the Van Allen Belts (we didn't land on the moon conspiracy theorists) But seriously most of the astronauts from Apollo have lived long lives.

Proof that we actually went to the moon, no way that the perfectionist Kubrick would have not insisted on a retake when Armstrong flubbed his "One Giant Leap" line.

They didn't spend significant enough time outside the Ban Allen belts. Being close to the moon helps with radiation too.
Quote:

The Apollo missions marked the first event where humans traveled through the Van Allen belts, which was one of several radiation hazards known by mission planners.[36] The astronauts had low exposure in the Van Allen belts due to the short period of time spent flying through them.[5][6]

Astronauts' overall exposure was actually dominated by solar particles once outside Earth's magnetic field. The total radiation received by the astronauts varied from mission-to-mission but was measured to be between 0.16 and 1.14 rads (1.6 and 11.4 mGy), much less than the standard of 5 rem (50 mSv)[c] per year set by the United States Atomic Energy Commission for people who work with radioactivity.
