Not really. His kids went to Alamo Heights, and he lived near us and we saw him at rhe football games last season. Maybe earlier he did that, but not so much since he got married the first time and damn sure not with his latest wife. Pretty sure the throat cancer got him.

He had started playing again this year after his surgery a few years ago. And then suddenly this week I started seeing announcements that he had cancelled dates suddenly.

Ducky, aka Donald Mallard, from NCIS passes away from natural causes at 90.

I'm a big fan of that show - started back at episode 1 of season 1 a few weeks ago on Netflix. Ducky has been there since day 1.

Again, we all are. There is a bigger star right now in that same situation. He ends speeches with "God save the queen" months after she died and he calls out for dead representatives at press conferences to see if they are in attendance.

Bill Burr touched on this when I saw him in the spring. He made some good points.

Not certain if serious. Mitch McConnell had polio as a child. He is a strong proponent of vaccines and pushed hard for people in Kentucky to get one of the Covid 19 vaccines.
