Interesting thread. Don't know that I've ever done anything 100% unique. I probably have some limited experiences, that only a few have done, and the combination is rare.

Driven trucks, modern tractors, antique tractors, motorcycles, combines, cotton strippers. Piloted small aircraft, including the relatively scarce Bellanca Viking and have ridden in sailplanes and military and civilian helicopters, plus a ride in an O-2, in which I barfed. Have visited at least 5 AF bases and one Army Post.

Been to Trinity Site, Los Alamos, Oak Ridge, K-25, Sandia, and to the town of Savannah River, but not the facility. Have (legally obtained) nuclear bomb fins and lift lugs.

Wife works in a classified area and has worked on nuclear weapons. My dad met George and Jeb Bush at an American Ag Movement protest in the late 1970s. George was running for Congress, Jeb was along to help. Daughter in law taught ice skating to Chuck Norris's daughter. Son has been underwater in a nuclear submarine. Son in law owns a share of an ammunition company.

I'd say the only thing I've done that it's almost 100% sure that no one else has done, is to raise a girl who became a fighter pilot.

Drank scotch in the Kennedy Caucus Room at the Russell Senate Office Building. Was evacuated from the Capitol earlier that day due to some nut flying a gyro copter onto the Capitol lawn.

I actually did the first thing a few years back, as well, while doing some lobbying.

I'm going to guess pulled my own tooth. Was on a solo cruise.

Quail hunted and had dinner at the big house at the king ranch with the king ranch family.

In the spring of '85, myself and a buddy hung a giant "DG" sign made of two king sized bedsheets high on the big blue water tower by Sbisa. We hung it on the tension ring at the top of the pedestal, just below the base of the elevated storage tank portion of the water tower.

I am certain no one else has ever done that or even contemplated the possibility. It was a feat of engineering, skill and determination.

Yep, Pantex.

And wasn't inside a tornado, but close enough that it blew us off a muddy dirt road into a ditch. I was a kid, dad was driving.

I have picked up debris from a couple of tornadoes. Helped clean up our destroyed church in 1965. Was almost 10, can't believe they let us kids in the wreckage to work.

When I was in about 10th grade, tornado went through several farms near our town. I can't recall if they turned school out, but the high school kids were definitely called out to pick up trash.

I am in the movie 'Heartbreak Ridge'.
