I mean who doesn't have a smartphone, plus the clocks have an alarm.
These confuse me.

Followed closely by those checking out in person. Just leave - they e-mail you the receipt.

Because 99% of the time I stay in a hotel I'm so far gone I couldn't find the buttons to push on my phone anyway. Easier for someone else to just wake me up.

I gotta admit, Im one of those that always checks out lol, its just habit. I think part of it is to drop off the room keys, and the other part is to make sure I didnt get charged for anything extra. I dont want to leave with their room keys.wbt5845 said:

I did not get an email receipt at my stop in NO 2 weeks ago. And the paper receipt they handed me at the front desk was not the same number that hit my CC.wbt5845 said:

Why is everything in the room modern and nice but the clock radio is always straight out of the 1980s?
Same answer, actually. Lots of travelers are really old.

"Hey, Siri. Wake me up at ten."
Not checking out and going back to room to take a dump have saved me on quite a few occasionsOl_Ag_02 said:wbt5845 said:

Takes me ten seconds to stop and tell them I'm leaving and throw my room keys on the counter. Then I know they can start cleaning the room early.
Early clean times mean earlier check in availability for someone else. I know that when I travel it's nice to be able to check in a little early if needed and go up to the room for half an hour to refresh.
But then again, I don't watch band videos and I'm a considerate human being.
I don't think you understand the purpose of the reservation.Ol_Ag_02 said:wbt5845 said:
