Actually, it doesn't. Us guys can shut down our brains to the point where we're really just maintaining respiratory function (well, hedge needs to use a little more to do that part with his mouth closed) and think about absolutely nothing. It's one of the great things about manhood, along with the world being our urinal.

Oh! I know that one, I should have been able to figure the out by the capital C but I did kill some of the good brain cells. Hope you're well. I remembered while I was thinking about it that knowing Gil basically changed my whole life. He worked where I do now and and knew I was looking for a job in 2004. He sent me a link to a job opening and then he and I worked together for a bit. He left not long after and now I've been there almost 17 years.

I missed a couple of hellos, so HELLO! Good to see you too.

I started posting on the GB around the TexAgs crash reboot in the Fall of 1999 and was a regular until 2003 or so. I stopped posting so much when I landed a job that monitored non-work activity like the Gestapo. I also met the woman who became my wife around that time, and she kept me occupied.

I've been married for 16 years and have the two most precious boys imaginable. The older one is 8, and the younger will be 6 next month. I'm a baseball dad.
