Get a liquor license and sell vodka to wash down the smores. You could also make or get various flavors of vodka to pair with your other items. A berry vodka to go with pie. Maybe a pepper vodka to pair with klobosniks. Vanilla vodka to go with cheesecake. Stuff like that.

Also, the state is full of regulatory dicks, and I can't sell cheesecake (or anything with cream cheese), unless I rent out commercial kitchen space

There are, but I do custom orders with no storefront. It is way too expensive to rent space in one of those places without orders every day (and I currently limit myself to 2-3 orders per week since I have 2 under 2 at home with me)
