Article claims this property is currently owned by the late ZZ Top bassist Dusty Hill and his wife. Any one know how accurate that is? Phillips maybe sold it to her after his death? Not sure Dusty Hill ever lived there.

Not sure if that is accurate, but sometime after Dusty died, his widow came into the CS Guitar Center and bought all the hard cases for bass guitars that they had in stock.

Brazos CAD lists the owner as Charlene Hill. So, yes, his wife owns it.

I really don't like how you can easily look up who owns any home.
When you record your deed, your privacy is lost. However, many county appraisal districts will let you remove your name from the online property tax records.

That's when you cover that part of the wall with art, or something else like a shelf. Going for the small TV is a heinous decision
