They said they couldn't do it in an enema

Ahh, you'd prefer it in your butt instead of your mouth. Duly noted.tandy miller said:

At least it's not cancer!tandy miller said:
Blood work, chest X-ray, and abdominal CT all came back normal. I was honestly hoping they would find something.

You previously said you stopped lexapro recently. It really helped me. Talk to your dr. Try something else if you have to. It's a miserable thing to live with.
Not trying to be a kook, but I microdosed mushrooms 2 years ago to deal with pretty severe depression, took 50-150mg mixed with cacao powder in a gel cap once every 3 days for about a month and a half and felt good enough to stop. Basically slowed down or shut down my internal monologue and made cyclical thinking something I actually had to try to do rather than something that was unavoidable.tandy miller said:Cramp00 said:

I did. And I'm dealing with brain zaps from withdrawals. Try something new is simple enough in theory, but the problem is that I've tried a LOT of meds over the last 15 years. We're at the point now that it's hard to find something that we have not tried, or that is not basically the same as something we've tried. I've taken lexapro, Effexor, Citalopram, fluoxetine, zyprexa, lamotrigine, olanzapine, quetiapine, lithium, Klonapin, Busbar, and gabepentin.
I wish I was making that up
Im not opposed. Have actually been doing research on psilocybin microdosing/LSD. Also looking at Ketamine therapy.hph6203 said:Not trying to be a kook, but I microdosed mushrooms 2 years ago to deal with pretty severe depression, took 50-150mg mixed with cacao powder in a gel cap once every 3 days for about a month and a half and felt good enough to stop. I went that route because I didn't want to risk the withdrawal or side effects of prescription anti-depressants unless I had to, and if microdosing didn't work I absolutely would have had to.

I had horrible gut issues and did a colonoscopy and blood work and stool samples, abdominal xrays, etc. Nothing was ever found. I gave up ultimately. And then I started anxiety meds and poof, my gut issues were gone. I even felt like eating again.
I've been on lexapro, Buspar, rexulti, Viibryd and now Zoloft. Zoloft has been a game changer for me.
