have u had a panel done at an allergist? I discovered I was allergic to meat and dairy (sob!!)

But stomach has felt million times better since no meat (can eat poultry and fish at least).

Also I would experiment with protein supplements to see if you can stomach any. I have a vegan one that doesn't taste bad.
