So since the first of this month I've lost 20#, or 14% of my body weight. I just have not been hungry. I try to eat and get incredibly nauseous after a few bites. I'm stressed, so I figured that would be part of the cause, but this is getting really concerning. The only thing I'm really eating are protein shakes and about 2 bites of each meal

Not to be an alarmist, but the same happened to my uncle. Despite healthy numbers, he demanded the doctor do a colonoscopy that he was told was unnecessary. Turns out they found pancreatic cancer.
Having that colonscopy done added 2 years to his life.

They just did bloodwork. I hadn't eaten in 17 hours so I passed out. They gave me oj and I drank it too fast and threw it up all over the floor. I felt bad and got up to clean it up, but got up too fast and lost my bearings and fell. Right into my puddle of orange juice and stomach acid. So then I got to sit there with that concoction all over my shirt until they would let me drive home.

Today has been great so far

They also want me to do a stool sample and sent me home with a little Tupperware... do I need to fill it up like the fresh peanut butter containers at HEB? Or will a single log suffice?

Highly unlikely a colonoscopy detected pancreatic cancer

All I know is the results of the colonoscopy were the first time his doctor gave him anything but a clean bill of health. And it was very soon after that he got his diagnosis.
