Both my neighbors mow their lawns when I mow mine. I can wait an extra two or three days. Doesn't matter.

Of course we're the only guys on the street who don't have a lawn service.

Lawn guys do the yard every other Wednesday.

Previous house, my house and the neighbors on either side would all mow within a day or two of each other. No guarantee who would be first (usually I was), but the other two would follow quickly.

i don't mind mowing. rather enjoy it. it's the weedeating/edging and cleanup that annoy the piss out of me.

Almost the whole cul de sac use the same vatos, so we are just about all on the same 2 week schedule. Stop being poor and this is no longer a concern.

Do my own and it looks way better than folks on the street that pay someone. Most have a ton of fungal disease, root rot, and other nastiness killing theirs.

im not home much so when im in town i usually cut it pretty low...........it always seems to be right after my neighbor does his yard and it instantly looks like he didnt mow.

1. Filthy rich
2. Terrible with money
3. Have an enormous yard
4. Lazy

I'm going to guess 2 & 4

I mow my own, and get paid to mow two other yards in the neighborhood. I use that money for my hobby (firearms)

Real men mow their own lawn. I don't want nobody ****ing up my glorious lawn.

Plus when your hired vatos are lazy and don't mow to the property line, don't expect me to mow your yard.

Mowing, edging, etc. barely takes an hour and it gets me out of the house. Jumping in the pool afterwards is a big plus too.

My neighbor and I both have about 2-3 acres, and we both have Kubota Zero Turn mowers. It seems that whenever one of us is out mowing, the other generally follows.

Neighbor's wife would see me mowing. Within 30 minutes he was out there mowing too. This happened all the time. Poor guy.

I killed all my grass years ago and have only native ferns, ivies and other ground covers. My neighbors appreciate my disdain to mowing and mower noise and accommodate by only mowing when I am away from the property.
