I just saw pictures of students holding large signs protesting this on campus. Seriously? It's a drag show. It's fun. Go enjoy it, and go to church afterwards. It will be okay.

Edit: for the record I overall think Richard coming to spew his garbage is still protected speech, but I had an issue with him coming mainly because he wasn't invited or sponsored by any student or student group, just some weird white supremacist old dude who lived in CS. But whatever.

Thinking back there was mover overlap between Baptists and conservative student orgs than anything else. Seems like almost anyone I knew who went to FBC Bryan or CS was in one.

Oh god Breakaway... I got talked into going to that once or twice and it was terrible. An entire arena full of people trying to see who can raise their hands the highest or show they're getting into it the most. But worst of all was the music. It's like you think it's finally going to end and then, nope! Time for another 8 rounds of the chorus.
