Yeah. That's not cheap real estate. Good job.

What time of year and what is your budget? I know a little bit about this place.
October 2020. Last one cost me $16k, so I'll assume that it will be similar

If it's the first weekend in October you can forget booking a restaurant. You could do the Texas Ranger Pavilion and cater it, but that might be too similar to the wedding reception?

Navajo can hold 80 in its event area. Several places have the facilities but wont have the staff to do that on a Friday night in October. I used to do rehearsal dinners all the time and they were great, but sadly the new owner runs it quite a bit different than I did. He pays the rent on time though.
Second weekend. They were aware the first weekend would be chaotic, so they chose The second weekend.

If they had 10 months in advance you think they can get staff?

Hahaha. That's not really how it works.

Silver Creek might let you rent their rooftop if you want it more casual, and it would be a great location and probably nice that time of year. Unless it rains. I'm sure you'd have to pre-order, but they've got mixed drinks as well as beer/wine. Otherwise you might try to reserve Navajo's outdoor area. Probably almost twice as expensive as Silver Creek would run you. If money is no object then just go with Vaudeville.
