We ship LTL a couple times per week currently, with volume increasing. Typical skids are 24" x 48" x 72". Weight approx 1000 lbs. Our current broker isn't reliable and professional enough for our needs, and we have zero luck with freight companies when it comes to consistent communication.

If any good Ags are or know any quality reps for this type of ongoing service, would love to do some business. Thanks in advance.

Some young female called and started her canned intro speech. When she came to the part that made me laugh, I had to stop her. She actually said "Let me be your hardest load handling specialist." Poor thing has no idea what she said or how it was taken....

Not so much... since she worked for a company I used to work for, I asked her if she knew Becky or Adam (two former coworkers that I knew still worked in the same office). When she said yes and Becky was her team lead. I started texting Becky as I was talking to the newbie and in a moment or two, I ended the call by telling the newbie to review her call tape with Becky later.

A couple of days later, I get a text from Becky and when the newbie heard her own voice saying that and my audible snicker, she got beet red and realized what she said...

Last time I built a long term relationship with a load handling specialist, I found that my load wasn't handled with the same tenacity as before which prompted me to look elsewhere for other load handling specialist."
