This, I guess, I don't know.

We had a water tower when I was there...probably still do. Old rice mill, horrible sports teams, my class bumped us up to 2A for two years. My second cousin played for the Atlanta Falcons. A lot of teachers/coaches canoodling with students. Typical small town stuff.
