Best: Cadbury flake luxury (flaky chocolate surrounded by solid chocolate, or Moro gold (chocolate center with cookies suspended, wrapped with a layer of caramel, and then wrapped with a layer of chocolate.

Cadbury overseas (not in the states) >> Hershey's.

Worst: any candy bar without chocolate and anything where the only chocolate is white "chocolate"

most any European chocolate bar is >> Hershey. It's sad what Americans have been convinced chocolate should taste like. Even pick up a Milka at a gas station and you'll have a hard time ever going back to Hershey.
