No. Unless you're in sales you don't really get any bonus.
Only thing we get is $25 per year worked as a "Christmas" bonus, capped out at $250.

I haven't got mine yet, but I was just talking to my coworker Bill, who said he just talked to his son. Company messenger just brought something to his house. Nothing like waiting till the last minute, huh?

We don't get ours until March. It will probably only be 50-75% payout of target. Rough year.

My bonus will be paid in May, after the auditors finish their work. Last year we were 30% over our target, and it looks like we'll be pretty close to that this year as well.

We get around 8% in 401K for Christmas, but have to wait on project completion or completion of a phase to get bonuses.

They've both only had near life long careers in hollywood.
Bonuses/raises are done at end of FY for us. I was happy with mine and told my boss that I was. Not everyone gets them and it's nice to be recognized.
Previous job was at Christmas and based on office's business throughout the year. I was happy with that one as well

All I got was a 3% raise. No bonus.
Didn't bother to look. I don't really watch that much television and hit the cinema about once every ten years. So I'm pretty clueless about the careers of hollywood actors.

2016 - worked 2 months overtime. Received two raises by end of year and 5% bonus. No complaints.
2017 - worked 1 month overtime. Received 2% raise and bonus to satisfy stockholders. Not worth it.
2018 - been with company 6 weeks meeting deadlines no OT. Received 2% raise and bonus. Bonus was prorated and would have been near 17%. Will get that annually on profitable years.
I like the new firm.

these bonuses are a little misleading, alot of large companies give them out and they are essentially a part of their salary, they are expected and you even sometimes know what they are based on.
I'll be honest, I got an $800 "bonus", its a nice little Christmas gift, but not something that is part of my annual compensation. I did get a 14.3% raise this year, but that was due to a promotion of sorts, not the goodness of my employers heart.

Working for the State (aka A&M) we will not get anything--no merit, no bonus--aka NOTHING.
If I could talk with the recent graduates of TAMU I would tell them to resist the urge to come to work for A&M. Life is much better out in the corporate world--Do not come to work for A&M, you will have a lifetime of regret if you do.

My company keeps us guessing, usually sometime in Q1. Usually when it's quiet it's good. Last year heard nothing and then it hit the bank and my boss was like "oh yeah you got a bonus"
