I didn't know there really was anyone who didn't believe generally accepted physics.
Do you even realize how stupid that statement is?
Further, what physics do I not agree with?

General relativity.

But I'm not going to argue it - I think you like it too much. And I won't change your mind, because i don't think there's anything to change.

I've seen several diff theories, but
What are the boundaries of your flat earth
I don't know.
Could be just beyond the ice wall
Could be an infinite plane of dark frozen wasteland
We could be one thawed pond of many in a greater frozen world.
But I find this theory most interesting. It postulates the moon is a mirror image map of earth. It seems to me like something God would do. There are other more detailed videos of this topic as well.

General relativity is a theory, which I believe is incorrect. I will admit I am no expert, I have only heard contrary theories which seem to prove it incorrect.

My mind is always open to change when presented with evidence. That's how I ended up in the flat earth community.

If the earth is flat, or round and not a sphere, how is it daytime here and nighttime in China now? If it's flat, we're all either facing the sun or we aren't.

It amazes me how ignorant "smart" people can be.
flat things have two sides. duh.

Where do you get that number from? Earth curves 7.98" per mile. At 9.41 miles that's 75.1" (6'-3"). How do you get nearly 60 feet?
It's not per mile, it's per mile squared.
Per mile would make a line, per mile square makes a curve.

In case photoshoped math is too difficult.

But please keep laughing at me and ignoring reality.
My apologies, you are correct. 8" is correct for one mile, not for multiples.

So you don't believe in the ISS or the people who have been in it? Or Felix baumgarters jump from space? Or Jeff bezos going to space? Also there are several civil engineering designs from bridges to tunnels that take the curvature into account. Can't believe I'm feeding the troll.

I wouldnt waste a single second trying to disprove a flat earther, they have issues deeper than just a stated belief in the shape of the world.

Do you believe this was filmed in the vacuum of space
ISS Floppy Hatch
Or these in Zero Gavity
Cable break
Green screen fails
Green screen lies

Felix jumped out of a high altitude balloon, the only thing I don't believe about it was that he was actually in space.
Wide angle lens

Jeff Bezos only got a ride of the vomit comet aka zero-g plane.
Blue Origin lie

I have listened to several interviews with civil engineers, pilots, ship captains, field armillary members, submarine sonar techs, and light house operators who have all stated earth's curvature is not considered. You see, Light houses, LORAN, and Sonar all are evidence the earth is not a ball. None of them could work at the distances they do, if the earth curved away from them.

Additionally, all flight manuals for the Army, Navy, Airforce, CIA, NASA, etc. state at the beginning the ground is assumed to be "a flat, non-rotating plane".

Thanks for the videos of professor dumb. I've seen several of his. He likes to make wild assumptions and state them as fact.
1. Makes assumptions about the shape and nature of the moon that he cannot prove.
2. He assumes the stars are far away rathe than close. Also, notice he says the stars rotate around a point in the sky in the southern hemisphere, but doesn't point it out like he does for the north. If you actually watch star trails in the south, they do not mimic the northern hemisphere.
3. We already talked about flights, but I'll add this about emergency landing that prove flat earth
4. A conspiracy this big is too complex... That is no proof.

The title of his videos says it all "without using science". Thanks, but I prefer actual science.
He is exactly one of the paid trolls propped up to maintain the narrative.

Let's take actual facts and reality off the table for a second.

I would love to know why you think this is a conspiracy. And that all of the smartest mathematicians/physicists/engineers/etc on planet earth are all in agreement in covering this up. Conspiracies need a reason.

9/11 was the government wanting to go to war. The moon was merely an ego competition with another country. Covid mandates were for mail in ballots.

Each conspiracy needs a reason. I'm not seeing the reason for this one.

I'd say most actual flat earthers (or other conspiracy theorists of this magnitude), trolls aside, fall into one of these categories:
1. People that believed, but realize they're wrong and are too far in to admit it.
2. People with mental illness.
3. People that believe simply because they want it to be true so can feel a since of belonging in a community and because it lets them feel like they know something no one else does.

I mentioned this above. The purpose of the conspiracy is to hide God. This is the mother of all conspiracies.

Most people have difficulty realizing that the enemy of God does all he can to keep us from knowing God, and has been at it a lot longer than you and I have been alive. Think about what kind of generational power and wealth could be built up over millennia. He promises those who serve him power, money, fame, etc in exchange for them doing his will on earth. Those who step out of line are disposed of.

If you already acknowledge 9/11, moon landing, and Covid were lies, then you are well on your way.

I wouldn't use the term illness, but some personality traits and quirks, which we all have, do lead some to believe in things related to "those in power are hiding from us powerless people". It's not just flat earth, but many other theories, which may seem believable and belief in them gives the believer some feeling of regaining personal power "I know it, few others do". It doesn't help that some conspiracy theories have been proven to be true, maybe 0.01%, but they can be pointed to as "you can't trust those in power". I have traits that lead me to be cynical, or to over analyze things before making decisions, etc - these are annoying to both me and others at times, but ultimately harmless. Belief in flat earth is basically harmless, some other group beliefs in conspiracy theories have proven to be harmful when the group acts on their belief but 98% of the time these beliefs are harmless.

I do think everyone feels good being part of an "exclusive" club, as you note in #3. We are Aggies, too bad everyone else doesn't understand how great that is! Or religion, or running marathons, or collecting classic Porsches, on and on.

Really? The fact the earth is not floating in infinite space, that it is stationary and all luminaries rotate above us, and the whole thing is an enclosed system would not make you realize it had to be created with purpose by a divine being?
