Looks like the Guadalupe flow rate right now is 44 cfs while the historical median over the past 50 years is about 370. So yeah, completely crappo. The all time low (something like a 35 year old record) is about 20.

Comal is more like 180 right now with a historical median of about 300. So kind of crappy too but not Guadalupe crappy

Canyon Lake is just over 5 feet low and the current release from the lake is 55 cfs...or basically nothing

Did this the last time the ban was in effect, went to Walmart and loaded up on cheap 20-24 oz water jugs with screw tops. Fill up with beer and re seal, to my surprise they didn't get flat and since a 2 hour float, kept cooler in car and re fill for 2nd float. Wasn't actually a pain, gave us all time to re apply spf and grab some food while re filling.
