Once you've tasted hooker snatch, you don't really get to have opinions on what does or doesn't taste good, dude.

New Mexico Pinon
Can't believe this was mentioned. I have a collection of empty cans. The best place to imbibe is of course in the mountains of NM but you can get it at Trader Joe's any time.hillcountryag86 said:

If you're not buying whole bean coffee and grinding it yourself just before preparing, you're not doing it right. Buying higher quality ground coffee doesn't do the trick, neither does buying whole bean coffee and grinding it in store. The whole point is the beans should be ground as close as possible to consumption for freshness. That's the most basic concept of coffee drinking.

Rio Grande Roasters also makes a good pinon coffee. I think I like it just a little bit more than I like New Mexico Pinon.
I need to get one or the other, as I'm out.

If you find yourself in Taos, Michael's Kitchen makes a mean cup of pinon coffee.

You're doing it wrong if you aren't growing your own coffee plants.Quote:

Wow, that has changed. They used to serve dinner, and it was awesome. Hence my stuffed sopapilla comment.

Uhmmm I fully have to disagree with you about your statement. Michael's kitchen serves breakfast/lunch & supper. I was just there less than a year ago. And yes they do serve other things than Mexican food but Mexican food is there staple menu. The stuffed sopapilla with red and green chili sauce is the best dish in town. You must not know about Michaels.
