The fact of the matter is that she was asking for it by the way she was dressed and acting. Women need to stop dressing and acting like hoars in public if the want the harassment to stop. You can't always be blaming men when they are baited like this.

That's sort of my point. She was seemingly fine with it at the time, but if a month or a year or a decade from now she comes out and calls it assault, what is the proper response? In 2017, responses like "you seemed not to mind at the time" or "this doesn't seem like that big a deal" or "you should have said something at the time" have been collectively deemed invalid.

It's sad, but with the passage of time there will always be a point of contention.

So I should be able to go up and tell Scarlet I'm gay, honk her boob, then change my mind about being gay and it should be fine right? What if this guy changes his mind now? Does that mean it was okay then because he was gay when he did it but it's taboo now if he is straight years after the fact?
