We had someone at our business get fired recently. She was caught shagging another employee. They were married, just not to each other. The irony is that she worked in HR. One of her responsibilities was making sure everyone got sexual harassment training.

We had a guy get fired for using his company gas card to buy diesel. Everyone at our company drives a non diesel truck.
