Only if the girl is under age. That wouldn't be strictly necessary to get a nice size settlement/judgement but it would certainly help push up the dollar amount. Some people might even be willing to be labeled a sex offender for enough money.

The girl would have to provide evidence that harassment went on in the workplace. How is she gonna do that after she left the place.

Cameras in the restaurant? Footage could magically disappear.... just saying.
