1. I knocked my tailpipe loose when I backed into that large rock yesterday. I can hear it rattling when I drive. Is that serious?

2. If I have 30k in my house savings account, is there something I can be doing with it that's low risk so it's not just sitting there while I work on saving the other 30k?

Just get under there and see if you can find where it's loose and tighten it up yourself. Otherwise, take it in somewhere since you use it everyday.
