I'm in Austin and have been working in real estate buying/selling. Last year I did 5 properties. One of those was from a tax sale, bought at the court house. How are you finding the foreclosures?

oh no...it was the two of us, on our own bikes...careening up some picturesque road, maybe along a river...we stop for a break, the sun starts to set....damn, I've put a lot of thought into this
