That I did. Rockslide just outside of Monterrey, Mexico. You could see the scars on my head fish year. I was literally scalped in places. Bruises between my fingers. Blood everywhere. No idea how I didn't die. I'll see if I can't get my mom to find a picture of me after they got me off the mountain.

And now that I think about it, my second worst was taking my 6'4", 400 lbs friend off Truchas in New Mexico. 18 hour day, with no water for the last 6. Then Rainier at third.

I worked so SARS stuff in New Mexico. Its shocking how many large people try and climb and run into trouble. One of our worst extractions was a guy who had to be close 300 that fell into a ravine and had a compound fracture of his lower leg/ankle. Even with a stretcher on a wheel it was grueling and took 6 of us nearly 12 hours and half the night to get him to a place where we could get him into a vehicle.

This is a close example of our stretcher.
