I started negotiating when they came in 5k under my asking price. I gave them a number and all they did was throw in a bonus with no metrics attached to attaining that bonus. Their time off policy was wonky and not negotiable. So, I said bye bye. He's written me twice asking me to reconsider.

I'd be concerned about taking a postion with them if they're that tight on something as trivial as PTO. If you can get the work done, what the hell does it matter?

If someone is *****ing about vacation time it isn't someone I want to work with, for or under me. Yes I know Pete is never going to be a boss. I'm pretty sure I'll make head coach one day. Maybe pee wee, but still a head coach.
