Howdy everyone

Some trash broke into a locked Golds Gym locker and stole my Aggie Ring, '10. Unable to properly explain how angry and sick to my stomach I am. My father ('71) seems to think the association used to pay for half of a replacement ring, and I found some old posts on this board that alluded to this as well. Does anyone know for sure if this is true or not? It's the weekend so I can't call and ask until tomorrow

Losing your ring is not the part everyone is joking about.

The association has never paid for any part of any ring.

Since our account volume is so massive, they've negotiated the price of the rings to well below what it would cost if you purchased it on-off. So, the volume discount brings your ring cost down.

If you have it replaced, it will cost you the current price.

I kind of want to argue that grief could look like that but fair enough, thanks for the graphics lesson. Yeah help from the association seemed too good to be true. The aggie ring is great marketing though, if they did it wouldn't be total charity

When I lost my ring on the Guadalupe River in ~94?? , they said AND DID replace my ring for the cost when I graduated. Good bull.
