Every two or three guests. I'm not terribly concerned with their comfort. I figure the more hospitable I am the more likely they are to return.

Clean sheet day always makes me want to have the sex. I don't want my guests defiling my house with their dirty sex so I don't ever wash the sheets in the guest room.

Every time we have an overnight guest. And if several months pass between houseguests, so be it. The sheets are clean. Folks can just live with it.

I wash them before a guest arrives, so they are fresh. When the guest leaves, who cares, leave em on the bed until the next one comes.

I always change the sheets before a guest arrives. I can't believe that's even a question.. I will however take a nap on the dirty sheets myself after a guest has stayed and don't change them to clean usually until the next guest is expected.

Strip the sheets after every guest and I put new sheets on the bed before every guest arrives. Before I put them on the bed, I fluff them in the dryer with a dryer sheet so they smell fresh if they have been sitting in the drawer for a while. Everyone loves fresh sheets.
