Since several of my favorites have been mentioned, I'll add the one where they can't figure out how to get Barney to quit the choir, so they trick him into pantomiming while a full baritone sings for him.

Barney's new chop shop car with the growing steering wheel shaft thing.

Pretty much anything with Barney in it and still in black and white didn't get old at our house.
