Hadn't worn a tie in maybe 5 plus years - Will wear a jacket if need be - Partner in an investment management firm - Most days will find me in shorts and flips !

I only wear a tie when I'm meeting clients or getting interviewed. So I keep a few in my desk for last minute things. But, I wear a suit almost every day
