Good gravy, no! That's not my style, to post something like that. It's Ronnie McDonald, TAMU's first African American yell leader. According to this, after graduating, he became the first African-Am. county judge in Bastrop.

"In 1999, Judge Ronnie McDonald was sworn in as the first African-American county judge of Bastrop and the youngest in Texas history. McDonald continues to serve his community to this day and stands as a testament to the power of determination and self-discipline. They were caught in a lie, having been instructed to vote non-stop for Kyle field over LSU, but choosing, instead, to finish their homework. Reveille is just trying to find her happy place.
