how's my day? eh, it's going. up at 5:15 am for clinicals, and have to work tonight until 1. I have a little break between.


and yes, people peel peaches. growing up, my mom peeled them with the vegetable peeler. normally, I'd do that too, but I'm feeling too lazy to find the vegetable peeler and peel my peach.

leave the skin on...this is where most all of the nutrition is especially pectin which is a natural fat burner
