tiny, anything that you end up having emotional investment in leaves you with baggage. i'm not saying its BAD baggage, but its baggage/issues/outlooks. if it doesn't leave SOME kind of mark, it wasn't the emotional investment you thought it was

Children are definitely baggage - or should be. They should be important enough to you (if they're yours) that you don't want to date someone they don't like or can't stand. And the person you date should realize that sometimes the children have to take priority.
