Anyone ever done this for Aggie football games at Kyle Field?

The short answer? Usually. Each event and venue may have different regulations but for the most part, if tickets are still available on SeatGeek, you should be a-okay to buy tickets for that event!

I may have to resort to this for the tu game in order to not have to give away an arm & a leg.

I did this last year for the South Carolina game. Originally bought tickets in 400 section on west side and got up
There with family and it was so high for kids.

I checked seat geek and there were ones in lower level for $20, so I grabbed end of first quarter and we moved over

I has worked in the past but that doesn't guarantee it works in the future. There have been some events on seat geek here in Houston like concerts or sporting events where I have tried checking tickets after the event starts and they are no longer accessible. I'm guessing the venue sets the time of when they want to stop ticket sales.

That may be more riskier than usual for this game.

I'm not sure there will be as much availability at any price right before or after kickoff.

Now, if we lose to Auburn, demand will drop immediately.

It is set by the event/venue. If someone has done it before, A&M allows it for football games at Kyle Field.

Won't be surprised if Texas game is virtually 100% sold out on the secondary market by the time it kicks off.

I dunno. I thought that about World Series games in Houston and I would watch tickets right up till gametime and after. Some people just refused to lower their prices and they didnt get sold.

Yes that's why I said virtually 100%. If there's 10 tickets left at kickoff and they are all listed for $5,000+, that's not going to help OP much
