Fair Market Value. And that doesn't mean that I wouldn't sell tickets for face, I sold one of my tickets for baylor this weekend for $40 to a parent of someone in the band. But i'd rather keep the ticket and have more room, then sell most tickets for that low. *I didnt feel this way until I read all the FV crybabies. Waaaa I didnt buy season tickets and now I want them for FV. Im all for helping an Ag out, I even emailed my ticket this week to the guy, and he gave me money at the game, but really people? The beauty of FMV is if you dont like the price, someone will sell it for cheaper.

Based on the postings I think the market has already dicided the outcome. The first page looks to be all WTB and a few WTS (for away games) Sellers have left.

Why aren't all the good Ags jumping at the opportunity to help out a fellow Ag and buy some of the tickets available at face value?

For a person wanting to sell at above FV, there are other options. I like the idea of being able to come here and at least have a shot at finding tickets at FV. I can't afford season tickets.

I would say "Market Value." It would be nice to be able to verify your tickets are going to an Aggie fan, which there's no way to do on StubHub or any other secondary marketplace. I would give my tickets away before I'd let them go to a fan of another school, but not everyone feels that way. I have no problem with someone wanting to make a profit off a ticket they can't use, but I think people would choose to sell to other Aggies rather than anonymous fans if they could.

Again, your question makes no sense. If I was willing to pay anything, I'd be looking on another site. If people want to sell at FV only here, that's fine by me. No more, no less. That way, there's no mystery as to what everyone is asking and paying.

And everyone that wants all tickets to be capped at fair value - are you also willing to cup the tickets at fair value? i.e. drop the "or less"?

I have to say that it's pretty disappointing that the poll has been going on for almost two months now and a decision one way or the other couldn't be made for the tu game.

Agreed, I had purchased two zone club seats and now my wife cannot go...just can't post it here at face value given I paid more than that for them. So, there's a chance a Longhorn could buy it...too bad I guess.

Wouldn't a significant reason not to include the donation amount in asking price be that 80% of the donated amount is tax-deductible?
