yeah she was injured at the beginning of cross country after a few races and missed the whole season there! Not sure the severity of it, she did run today for the first time unattached but seemed to back off and just jog most of it, probably taking it as a workout! But glad she's out there and hopefully ready for outdoors

We can't have Aubmad Robinson being the weakest leg out of 8 runners… especially after his crazy fast 200 and 300 times. Cutler Zamzow tan an amazing opening leg!!! That's a great time out of the blocks! Kimar ran a great leg! Hemphill ran great after only a 48.00 in the open 400. Hopefully Antonie Nortje is healthy!

lol and absolutely needed too! Just squeaked into a top 12 time!

Earlier I said the women will need like a 4:32 to make nationals, as of now 4:28 is top 16! These distance times are insane
