Creighton's setter Kendra Wait has been nails since 13s. My daughter played against her several times over the years and she was always the best setter in the country in that age group. And she was playing up a year.

It's just new blood more than anything. Texas has been to 19 straight sweet 16s (to poach a basketball phrase) and up until the last couple of years it wasn't even considered one of the very best teams in that stretch.

It's good for the sport.

That first matchup next year is going to be insane!!! Texas loses a lot of firepower, but them and Nebraska can afford to pay every girl on their team 50k or more! So they'll reload! It'll be a price tag team vs an A&M team who's built itself from the ground up to where it is today!
