Recently teams have been picking on Hellmuth on their serves. Hellmuth has struggled receiving. Last night I think we tried having someone cover for her some on service recieives and also she rotated out more than normal I think. Seemed to me that she got better later in the match receiving serves. I still look for ASU to target her on serves a lot unless you can show the she can handle them!

We may bicker and/or complain too much, but we are the true fans of Aggie Volleyball! I started this thread and have tried to add as much as I can because I too want to see Aggieland become a volleyball community and believe it could! Even if I was talking to like 2 people on here during a regular season game then it was worth it!! I was a student in Corbelli's last year and with Bird Kuhn, the stands were usually empty and the students didn't care! It's starting to change and that makes me happy! Morrison cares and win or lose tonight, he's building much more than a winning volleyball team here! That's why I'm adamant about cheering and promoting this program! 5 years ago I didn't even know what an opposite hitter was, now volleyball is becoming one of my favorite sports!!! let's keep building Aggieland into a volleyball school!


Saw some interesting info on ESPN viewership a few days ago. NCAA women's volleyball streaming minutes increased 22% yoy for the regular season.

I want to credit Jamie and his efforts to grow our program and the sport.
