I am doubtful we could host. If we beat SC our RPI will probably still be 19-21 range. If we would have beat MSU here and LSU on the road, we would be hosting.

yeah I doubt it. Even had we won the head scratcher losses, it would be tough.
I wonder if the number of hosting teams in Texas matters? Right now, SMU, Texas, TCU and Baylor are all looking to host.
Should we continue to get better with a very good senior class next year, I hope to be at Reed for a regional.

The pessimist in me says they'll throw us in at a 6 seed but I feel like our best chance at advancing out of the first weekend is a 5 seed and pulling off the upset round 2 against a 4 seed! Let's take care of business Saturday!
Coaches have consistently refused to rank us. Will be interesting to see if the committee has a more favorable view.
Unfortunately our team is a bit up and down. I don't think they will give us a 5th seed until we've proven to be more consistent.

A Tennessee loss locks us into 5th place! Mizzou is down 2-0 to Kentucky, if they lose to Auburn Saturday we will finish 4th in the SEC (but that'll be unlikely, but we can hope)

People always give her flack, but Michaela Chester of the NCAA website has us a 7 seed playing UT Arlington round 1 then at SMU potentially

The consensus is around a 5-7 seed. A loss Saturday and I'm sure they'll just stick us at 7, hopefully a win gives us the benefit of the doubt!
think texas finally ditched that 6-2 and went back to the 5-1. Not sure why a team that has had so much success would make that type of change.
I think he was just trying to justify playing his new setter and the one that carried them to the championship last year!! Carlson and Swindle! There's too much talent there, I don't know why girls go there to sit on the bench all season
