it's supposed to be randomized by a computer, that usually evens out the runners based on their performance in the prelims, but Sam Whitmarsh and Kimar Farquharson both won their heat so not sure how that happened! In the women's 400, 4 Arkansas girls got placed in one heat lol, so maybe it's randomized
