Carson smacked the back wall/curtain with her racquet (which you can't do).

But the chair umpire didn't call it until her opponent and the UGa coach complained. Then he gave a VERY LATE point penalty.

Carson hits unnecessary ball. Carson is down 15-40 on the serve with 6-5 dawgs ahead and the coach complains and the umpire gives a penalty to Carson for the hit.

So eventually break point and Carson loses the set 7-5.
