I really don't know. I like the mix up though. Ellie is a very good player.

don't think so. she's been struggling recently and jennette is playing some of her best tennis recently. MSST will probably end the year bottom 3 in SEC so after winning the doubles point it was good to get ellie some matches. i like the choice. daria gets a chance to reset, put this slump behind her and Ellie gets some matches.

UF pushed UGA to the edge today. bulldogs win it 4-3, but florida takes too 3 singles. florida swapped 2&3 singles from when they played us. continues to set up an exciting and interesting match up with UGA when we play them.

Patiently waiting for the lineup for today. Friday was indoors; will it change for outdoors?

Same. Biggest thing for me is continued doubles progress and Jeanette keeping up her recent play.

Daria needed a break and the girl Ellie played was 3/4 of a UTR point lower than her. Daria is the better player.

Nicole getting hot after a slow start

On paper, Daria might be better. She's not currently playing better tennis. Loses focus during matches and really only has one gear. More upside to her game, but when she's off, there is no other option that I've seen than to continue swinging thru the ball. Today is a great example of that. Drops the second set 0-6.

In a match up like this, it doesn't really matter bc we are the better team overall. OleMiss seems to have a stronger team than MissState.

The official scoreline for OleMiss shows that Daria lost and point goes to OleMiss but it's wrong.

Not perfect, but overall a great showing.

This coming Friday likely determines the SEC regular season champion. We play at Georgia at 3pm.

It won't be easy, but it's definitely doable. They've got us the last two times and it's time for a little revenge.

Agree. It will be tight. Doubles might determine the winner of that one.

Georgia defeats South Carolina 4-2 (were about to lose the last match on at line 1 so it would have been 4-3).
Florida defeats Tennessee 5-2.

Wide open SEC race this year. Looking forward to Friday. Let's see how prepared Mark has this team. Gig'em!

definitely doesn't make up for the current loss of brantmier, but that's pretty big for unc, an automatic insert to the lineup as a true freshman. indoors showed the team is not invincible without brantmier but it just got better.

Yes. Torn Meniscus. They do have Scotty back in the singles rotation and looks like they're burning the redshirt of freshman Tatum Evans.

If you are interested in listening to this, you can fast forward to the last 7 minutes where she talks about A&M and Mary and why it's difficult to play her. She says Mary is tougher to play against than Fiona even though she's never beaten either (yet).
