One thing I'm going to continue to monitor as the season goes on is our defense. I think 1/2 of them (the young guys) are good players with room to continue to improve and get better, while the other 1/2 feels like a boat anchor that is going to continue to drag us down. We've got some options at the AHL level for once, and we've also got plenty of ammo to go out and get a guy. Should be fun to follow as the season moves on.

He just hasn't looked himself. He has 15 points, but 10 of those are from assists being on the top line/top PP unit. Put simply: he needs to start putting the puck in the back of the net.
